This is in reference to the Service Agreement dated by and between
Indiamart Intermesh Limited ("Indiamart") and Service Provider A9
Business Consultancy Service Pvt. Ltd. ("Company") Where in the
company was engaged to provide certain Services to Indiamart more
specifically contained in the service Agreement there of
In this connection, we request you to provide your system access to
the following individuals having respective email ids (as
annexed,herewith) to render the services on our behalf,

We reiterate that we shall continue to hold strict all provisions,
covenats, representations and warranties mentioned in the Services
Agreement and shall indemnify Indiamart against any director or
indirect claim, liability, damage, losses, taxes, etc. which may
arise against Indiamart in connection with our above-said request.
We further ensure, that our covenants, representations, obligations
and warranties provide to Indiamart through the service Agreement
shall be extended to all the individuals mentioned herein above.
